All products sold on shockswatches.com are digital products delivered as PDF files.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the PDF has been delivered.


Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following cases:

  • The PDF file is not delivered within 24 hours and we are unable to resolve the issue

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable and a replacement cannot be provided

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

Refund requests that fall outside these cases will not be approved.


Incorrect Expectations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use

  • Misunderstanding of the product

  • Compatibility issues with your device or software
